I found a recepie for dry roasted broad beans - I thought I'd give it a go.
It's quite simple, just give the beans a quick boil, then put them on a foil covered roasting tray, drizzle with olive oil, and roast at 200c for 15-20 mins.
Here's the result:
Leave to cool, then toss with spices of your choice - I'm going to use sea salt and paprika.
A nice way to use up spare beans, and a nice snack.
