Pamukkale - or Cotton Castle

The city of Pamukkale in southwestern Turkey with its hot springs and terraces of carbonate minerals, was declared a World Heritage Site in 1988.

We had a tour of the area, and an opportunity to bathe our feet in the hot springs.

 Some lovely views:

Ducks enjoyed the hot springs too!

Looks more like the Antarctic than Turkey

Hot springs at our hotel.
